I am having the most success with my fitness pal on my phone to keep track with the calorie intake. I also love nike+ to track my runs. I got down to a 14, 18 months ago and then two close bereavements in that time have found me comfort eating, having too much wine and working too hard, so I have negotiated a 16 week break from full-time work and have halved it and now will be doing 25 hours.
