A Simple Meal Plan

On a typical day, these are the kinds of meals and snacks I eat.    

Breakfast                                             1st Morning Snack                   2nd Morning Snack
1 cup of Honey Nut Cheerios             Banana                                                Orange
½ cup of soy milk                               Handful of walnuts

Lunch                                                  Afternoon Snack                     Before I go Running
Turkey meatloaf                                  2 Carrots                                 1 slice of banana bread
Potatoes                                              ½ of red pepper

Dinner                                                 Drinks
Homemade tomato sauce                    Water
1 can of Tuna
3 slices of Mozzarella Cheese
1 piece of Whole-wheat Pita
2 clementines

As you can see, I eat a lot during the day; I even eat potatoes and bread, which many people consider to be detrimental to weight loss.  But I snack on fruits and vegetables all day.  It just takes planning and about 10 minutes at night to make my lunch for the next day.  Try preparing a similar meal plan based on your taste buds!
