This past weekend, the US sprung forward. This mean the clocks were set an hour
ahead. What this achieves is an extra
hour of daylight in the evening. We will
be doing the same thing near the end of the month. This is great for those of us that love to
run after work or in the evening. Sorry
for all the folks who run in the morning or before work. It will be a dark again until a few weeks
from now.
This means that during my runs, the weather will be a little
warmer. I will be able to extend my runs
before it gets cold.
