After running 23 days in the previous two months and topping
the 100 mile mark last month, I have slowed down a little in June. Currently, I am up to 42 miles over 10
running days. This is actually a good
pace for the month. I should easily break 20 days and 80 miles.
Since the days have become longer, I am getting a later
start for my runs. Its great one hand
that I can go running in the daylight and on the other hand, its getting late
that I still want to have an evening, so I cut the run short.
