Finally, my weight has been moving in the right direction. I was able to break out of my chocolate chip habit and stop the extra bowls of cereal and milk when I arrived home from work.
The funny thing, what helped the most was when I spent 4 days straight with the kids. There was no time to eat or snack. Eat breakfast, the lunch, then wait til they go to bed and then eat dinner. I finally was able to control my need to constantly snack all day long.
I also decided to make chicken again. I am taking a piece of grilled chicken with a salad every day for lunch. Very easy to prepare and its very filling.
