So far getting back to the basics has worked. I am down
about 3 pounds since I started this. Its amazing how your body will react after
you start to make smarter food choices.
I started measuring again. I
stopped snacking when the kids ate. I started reaching for fruit again during
the day. Some days I am eating either 3
bananas or 3 apples.
I also started portioning my dinners out onto my plate. All of these are working again, just like
before. Hopefully, I will be back down
to my goal weight sooner than later.
