The past few days on my run I have been feeling out of shape when I am out there. I thought maybe, I put on a few pounds after my trip. It was hard not eating the same food I am used and having one too many treats.
Or it could be the weather. When I got back to Israel, it was still a little cold outside. All of a sudden, it was like a switch was turned on. We have been having 90+ degrees heat for the past week. It could be the heat or a combination of both. The most important thing is that I keep getting out there and run through it.
How do you get through a rut?
