I was close, but I did not make it to 100 miles for the month. This was
the second month that I broke 80 miles. I ran 20 out of 31 days. I missed a few days when one of our cats got sick and was put to sleep.
I am looking forward to the month of August. Our days here are still hot, but the nights are getting cooler. Soon it will be the fall, my favorite time of the year to run.
My goals for the month of August are to run 90 miles and run 23 out of the 31 days. Both of these would be personal bests for me.
