I have been slowly adding new things to my work out each
day. Sometimes I experiment with different
things to see how my body reacts. For
example, last year, I used to incorporate lunges and squats into my
routine. My knees could not handle these
and I wound up being injured.
I have always done pushups and I slowly have been increasing
the amount. I am now consistently able to do 35 at one time and once I made it
to 50. I also now have added sit ups and
planks. Depending on the season, I
sometimes would go down to the playground near the house and attempt to do pull
ups on the monkey bars.
