One of the most fun ways I have discovered to measure my weight loss is by using my belt. Lately, my weight has been hovering about 1-2 pounds above my goal weight. Many factors could be contributing. I drink a lot more water due to the heat of the summer. Maybe it is muscle. I am not 100% sure.
While the scale has been going slightly up, I have been moving down on my belt. This is my second belt as the other one ran out of holes. I have dropped one more notch on my belt to reach the last one again. Sometimes, we get so fixated on numbers and forget about other ways to measure success.
Besides seeing the scale drop, what are some of your favorite ways to measure weight loss success?
